Mindful movement, breath work, meditation and deep relaxation all work together to give the body, mind and nervous system a chance to reset. Tailored to your individual needs. Welcoming, calm, peaceful. 10 week course Sept 20th-Dec 13th 2023. Pay termly or drop in.
